These terms govern your use of outlawtrailstorage.com. They are not a storage contract. Renting a space is arranged separately, in person or over the phone, and whatever you sign then is what governs the storage itself.

What this site is for

It describes an outdoor vehicle storage lot and gives you a way to ask about a space. You may read it, print it, and send us an inquiry. Please do not scrape it at a rate that degrades it for anyone else, attempt to break it, or use it to send us anything unlawful.

The inquiry form

When you send the form you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy, and the version number above is recorded with your message so we both know which text you agreed to. Sending an inquiry does not reserve a space and does not create a rental agreement. Nothing is reserved until we have spoken and agreed terms.

Accuracy

We try to keep this site accurate and we deliberately leave out anything we cannot stand behind, which is why there are no rates, no posted hours and no photographs of the lot on it yet. Details can still change. Confirm anything that matters to you by phone before you drive out.

Availability

The site is hosted by Cloudflare and we do not promise it will always be reachable. If the form is unavailable, the phone number is the fallback and it is on every page.

Links

Some pages link to Google Maps so you can get directions. We do not control those services and are not responsible for them.

Our content

The text, layout and drawings on this site are ours. You may quote or link to them with attribution. Please do not republish the site wholesale as your own.

Limits on our liability

This website is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the site.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you arising from this website is limited to one hundred United States dollars (US$100). This limit is about the website. It does not limit anything in a storage agreement you sign with us, and it does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Disputes about this website belong in the state or federal courts serving Duchesne County, Utah.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version number at the top changes when we do, and the version you agreed to is the one recorded with your inquiry.
