Privacy policy

This is a brochure site for a storage lot. It collects almost nothing, and this policy is written to describe the code rather than to cover every possibility.

What we collect

Only what you type into the inquiry form: your name, your phone number, your email address, the kind of thing you want to store, and whatever you write in the message box. Nothing else is collected from you, and there is no other form on the site.

We also record which version of our terms was showing when you pressed send, so we both know what you agreed to.

Why we collect it

To answer your inquiry. That is the whole purpose. We do not use it for marketing, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone except the processor below.

Who else sees it

Your message is delivered by email through Resend, an email delivery service acting as our processor. It passes through their systems to reach our inbox. The site is hosted by Cloudflare Pages, which serves the pages and runs the small function that handles the form.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies at all. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

If you use the light and dark switch, your choice is saved in your own browser using local storage. It never leaves your device and we cannot read it.

We do not run any analytics on this site. No Google Analytics, no Cloudflare Web Analytics, no pixels, no tag manager. Our host keeps ordinary server logs, described below, and that is all we see.

Server logs

Cloudflare keeps standard request logs, which include IP addresses, for security and abuse prevention on their own retention schedule. We do not query them for marketing and we do not build profiles from them.

The map

The contact page embeds a Google Map so you can find the lot. Loading it means your browser contacts Google, and Google may set its own cookies in that frame under its own policy. If you would rather not, the address is written out in plain text on the same page and the phone number is on every page.

What we do not do

We do not take payments on this site. There are no accounts and no passwords. We do not run an SMS program. We do not buy data about you, we do not use advertising trackers, and we do not publish security camera footage or claim to keep any.

How long we keep it

Inquiries sit in an email inbox. We keep them while they are useful for answering you and for our own records of who asked about a space, and we delete them when they stop being useful. Ask us and we will delete yours.

Children

This site is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 13.

Your choices

Ask us for a copy of what you sent, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call 435-640-6397 or write to the address below and we will do it. There is no form to fill in and no verification hoop.

Where your data goes

Our host and our email processor are United States companies and your inquiry is handled in the United States.

Changes

If this policy changes, the version number at the top changes with it, in the same update as the code it describes.

One honest caveat

This policy was not drafted by an attorney. It is a plain and accurate description of a site that collects one form. If you spot something here that does not match what the site does, tell us and we will fix the site or the policy, whichever is wrong.
