Questions we get asked
If the answer you want is not here, calling gets it faster than anything else. Where we do not know yet, we say so instead of guessing.
How do I get in?
The lot is open 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, seven days a week. There is a gate, so call ahead the first time and we will make sure you can get in and show you your space.
What can I store there?
RVs and motorhomes, boats and watercraft on trailers, utility and cargo trailers, ATVs and UTVs, cars and pickups, and farm or construction equipment. If it rolls, tows or drives and it fits in an open space, ask.
Is anything covered, indoor or climate-controlled?
No. Every space is outdoors on gravel. There is no building and no covered row. If you need indoor storage, this is not the right lot.
How secure is it?
The yard is ringed by chain-link fence topped with barbed wire, the entrance is gated, and there are cameras on the lot. That is deterrence rather than a guarantee: nobody is watching a screen around the clock, and we do not insure what you leave here.
Do I need my own insurance?
We do not provide insurance on stored property, so keep whatever coverage you already carry on the vehicle. Check with your insurer that it covers the vehicle while it is in storage.
What does it cost?
Rates depend on the size of what you are storing and how long you need the space, so we quote it on the phone. There is no price list on this site because one number would be wrong for most of the people reading it.
How long is the minimum term?
Call and ask. We would rather tell you the current terms than publish something here that goes stale.
Will my rig fit?
Call with the length and we will tell you straight. Long fifth-wheels and toy haulers are worth checking before you drive out.
Can I get to it in winter?
The lot keeps the same hours year round, but call before you drive out in winter. We would rather tell you what the lot is actually like that week than post something general here that turns out to be wrong on the day.
What is not allowed?
Not allowed: hazardous or flammable materials beyond the fuel in the vehicle, anything illegal, living or sleeping in a stored vehicle, running a business from the space, major repairs on site, and anything perishable. If you are unsure whether something counts, ask before you bring it out.
How do I reserve a space?
Call 435-640-6397, or send the form on the contact page and we will get back to you. Ask to see the lot first and we will set a time.
Where exactly is it?
43365 W 6500 S, Fruitland, UT 84027. Fruitland is on the US-40 corridor between Heber City and Duchesne.
