RV and motorhome storage
Leave the motorhome in Fruitland
Outdoor spaces for motorhomes, fifth-wheels, travel trailers and truck campers, on a fenced gravel lot in Fruitland, on the US-40 corridor between Heber City and Duchesne.
What parks here
- Motorhomes of most sizes
- Fifth-wheels and gooseneck trailers
- Travel trailers and pop-ups
- Truck campers and toy haulers
Length is what decides it, and we have not published a maximum because it depends on the space. Call with yours before you drive out.
Why people park an RV out here
If you live on the Wasatch Front and use the rig on this side of the pass, the arithmetic is fairly simple.
It stops being a driveway problem
A fifth-wheel parked at the house is a fight with the HOA, the neighbors, or the width of your own driveway. Out here it is just parked.
You stop towing it over Daniels
If the rig lives in Fruitland, the canyon is something you drive in a truck rather than something you haul forty feet of trailer over twice a weekend.
It is already where you are going
Strawberry is west of us and Starvation is east, both on US-40. The lot is a stop on the way rather than a detour.
What the space actually is
Fenced perimeter
Chain-link fence topped with barbed wire around the whole 2.5 acre lot, a gated entrance, and cameras. Deterrence rather than a guarantee, and you keep your own insurance.
Gravel, open sky
Spaces are outdoors on a gravel surface. There is no covered row, no building and no climate control anywhere on the property.
Open 7am to 10pm
Seven days a week, all year. The entrance is gated, so call ahead the first time and we will get you in and show you the space.
Also on the lot
The same yard takes the rest of it. Same fence, same gravel, same phone number.
