Boat and watercraft storage
Keep the boat near the water
Outdoor spaces for boats and watercraft on their trailers, on a fenced gravel lot in Fruitland, on the US-40 corridor between Strawberry and Starvation.
What parks here
- Ski and wake boats on trailers
- Fishing boats and aluminum hulls
- Pontoons
- Personal watercraft and their trailers
Call with the length on the trailer and we will tell you whether it fits.
Why leave the boat here
Both reservoirs are on US-40, and so is Fruitland. The boat can wait between trips instead of riding back over the pass.
Two lakes, one highway
Strawberry is west of us and Starvation is east. Whichever one you are fishing, the trailer is already most of the way there.
It is off your driveway
A boat on a trailer takes the same space as a second car, and it takes it all winter. Out here it is not in anybody's way.
Winterize it wherever you like
We do not shrink-wrap or winterize, so do that where you normally do and bring it out when it is done.
What the space actually is
Fenced perimeter
Chain-link fence topped with barbed wire around the whole 2.5 acre lot, a gated entrance, and cameras. Deterrence rather than a guarantee, and you keep your own insurance.
Gravel, open sky
Spaces are outdoors on a gravel surface. There is no covered row, no building and no climate control anywhere on the property.
Open 7am to 10pm
Seven days a week, all year. The entrance is gated, so call ahead the first time and we will get you in and show you the space.
Also on the lot
The same yard takes the rest of it. Same fence, same gravel, same phone number.
