What we store
If it rolls, tows or drives and it fits in an open space, ask about it. Anything unusual is worth a phone call.
RV and motorhome storage
Motorhomes, fifth-wheels, travel trailers and truck campers, parked outdoors on gravel.
RV storageBoat and watercraft storage
Somewhere to leave the boat between trips to Strawberry and Starvation, on its trailer.
Boat storageTrailers and equipment
Utility and cargo trailers, ATVs and UTVs, farm and construction equipment, work vehicles.
Trailers & equipmentWhat you are actually getting
This is an open yard, not a warehouse. Saying so up front saves everybody a wasted drive.
A fence, not a guard
The yard is ringed by chain-link fence topped with barbed wire, the entrance is gated, and there are cameras on the lot. Nobody watches a screen around the clock though, so keep your own insurance on whatever you park here.
Outdoors, on gravel
Every space is open sky over a gravel surface. There is no covered row, no building and no climate control, and we will not pretend otherwise.
On the road you already drive
Fruitland sits on US-40 between Heber City and Duchesne, so dropping the trailer costs you a turn off the highway rather than an hour of towing.
How it works
Call
Tell us what you are storing, how big it is and roughly how long you need it, and ask what it would cost.
Come and look
Ask to walk the lot before you commit to anything and we will set a time. It is worth seeing the space your rig will sit in.
Park it
Bring it out, back it into your space and go home. After that you come and go during opening hours.
Where we are
43365 W 6500 S, Fruitland, UT 84027.
Coming from Heber City, stay east on US-40 past Strawberry Reservoir. Coming from Roosevelt or Duchesne, head west on US-40. Call when you are close so we can meet you there.
Questions we get
How do I get in?
The lot is open 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, seven days a week. There is a gate, so call ahead the first time and we will make sure you can get in and show you your space.
Is anything covered or heated?
No. Every space is outdoors on gravel. If you need indoor or climate-controlled storage, this is not the right lot and we would rather tell you now.
Do I need my own insurance?
We do not insure stored property. The fence is a deterrent rather than a guarantee, so keep whatever coverage you already carry on the vehicle.
What does it cost?
It depends on the size of what you are storing and how long you need the space, so we quote it on the phone rather than posting a number that would be wrong for half the people who read it.
Ask for a quote
Send what you have and we will get back to you. If you would rather talk it through, calling is faster.
